Homeowners are commonly told they need a new roof at the first sign of trouble. There are cases where a new roof is required due to the extent and configuration of the problem. But I've found over the the years that 90% of all roof leaks can be successfully repaired, usually in as permanent fashion weithout the need for a whole new roof.

Based on over 23 years of diagnosing leaks, it's clear that nearly all roof leaks on pitched roofs are human-related. That is, the human involved was not trained, was ill trained, or maybe didn't care.
